Liberia has a unique history. Founded in the 1800s as a home for freed slaves from the United States, it once held promise as an economic hub in Africa. But two civil wars (1989–2003) left the nation devastated. Today, more than half of Liberians live below the poverty line

Annual Summer Trip
On our trips, more than 700 students receive a Christian education at Ford-Madden Christian Academy and other schools, medical camps provide checkups, medicine, and health teaching to 200–300 people, and benevolence packages feed hundreds of families of eight for a full week.Our teams also equip pastors, teachers, and church leaders through leadership training, host VBS and discipleship programs for over 300 children in orphanages, and join with local congregations in evangelism that leads to baptisms, encouragement, and renewed faith.
